The patient pulls on the cable of a motorized pulley system equipped with sensors. Their movements control a serious game displayed on the tablet: the game provides instructions, verifies that the movement is performed correctly, and guides the patient in real time. Meanwhile, the application records every repetition for the physical therapist.

For the whole body. Like a classic pulley, it is a versatile tool that allows for strengthening the upper limbs (shoulder, elbow, wrist), lower limbs (hip, knee, ankle), or the trunk and spine. The physiotherapist chooses the exercises adapted to each patient.

The resistance is adjustable from 1 to 30 kg, in concentric, isometric, or eccentric mode.

He indicates the patient's pathology: the application suggests a session configuration that he adjusts (load, work mode, number of repetitions). He can also save his own programs and assign them to each patient.

At the end of each session, the application generates a report: repetitions, ranges of motion, loads, time under tension, and consistency of movement. The sessions are aggregated to track progress over time, and the report can be shared with the patient.

The motorized pulley with its sensors, a ready-to-use tablet, and the application with the serious game. The tablet moves easily around the practice; if you have a television, you can also cast the game to it (Chromecast).

Very little: the pulley attaches to the wall using a dedicated rail, which frees up floor space. Attachments compatible with weight racks will also be available if your practice has one. Compared to a standard weight stack, you save about 1 m³.

Yes, the current prototype plugs into a wall outlet. A battery-powered version is being studied so that the pulley can be taken along for home sessions.

The pulley is currently in the prototype stage, developed with Junior UTC. It is scheduled for commercial release in 2027.

Yes! We are looking for pilot practices to test the prototype with their patients and help us improve it. Apply on our "Become a pilot practice" page. Upon commercial launch, a 2-week trial loan will be offered prior to any purchase.
